3. Kinkaku-ji
is this real gold? i don't know. could u believe that Kyoto was on the shortlist for nuke-dom? all these... gone?

Did you go and see Ginkakuji as well?
No leh, Cheryl recommended that we not see it, so we skipped it. :)
Hm... acutally I think it's better than Kinkakuji, because it has a nice garden (I think it is a Zen garden). Kinkakuji just strikes me as yet another temple, except with gold-leaf... :)
